New cycle overview
This cycle, you'll notice a change in how our weekly programming is organized.
In previous cycles, each day of the week typically had a consistent focus. While that made the schedule familiar, it also meant certain movements and training styles often landed on the same day every week.
For this cycle, we're changing that.
Instead of assigning a fixed focus to each weekday, the daily training focus will rotate throughout the cycle. One week Monday may emphasize strength, the next it may be gymnastics or conditioning. This gives us more flexibility to create balanced training weeks, better manage fatigue, and expose you to a wider variety of movements and workouts.
This doesn't mean the programming is random. Each week is still intentionally balanced across weightlifting, gymnastics, and monostructural conditioning, with progressive strength work and skill development woven throughout the cycle.

5 Nutrition tips for the holidays
We LOVE the upcoming holiday season and a reason to gather. and we also know these next few months can be enjoyed without derailing your nutrition goals. check out these tips And strategies for navigating the holiday season:
#1 — After enjoying a few pieces, get rid of the candy or other high sugar foods that come into your house from trick-or-treating or gifts. Lots of us feel guilty about tossing food, but you’d rather the food disappear into the trash than into you!
#2 — If you do overdo it, don’t beat yourself up. A day or a weekend of overindulgence isn't going to make a difference over the long term. Just get back to nutritious food at your next meal.
#3 — Fill up on a healthy meal before you attend a gathering that won’t have nutritious food options so that you won’t be driven by hunger pangs AND sugar cravings.
#4 — Bring something to the party that's good for you and that you’d like to eat, such as shrimp cocktail, mini turkey meatballs, or chicken skewers.
#5 — Each time you drink an alcoholic beverage, follow it up with a glass of water. Alternating this way will help keep you in control, and help you feel good the next day.
If you’ve got specific questions or concerns, or want more strategy tips, ask any coach. We’ve got the experience, and we’re here to help!
