2026-2027 Feast Program Outline

It’s official: Your 2026-2027 training program is ready for review! With our athletes at the heart of our mission, we design training to help you get fit (and stay fit) for life.

Use this link to see what your Head Coach has planned for you this year—along with explanations about our focus and benchmark workouts.

Annual ThROWdown

Row a marathon with a team of 10 to raise funds for our in-house athlete scholarship program! We’re dedicated to helping our members stay connected to their training community amidst unforeseen circumstances.

When: Saturday, April 25 with heats beginning at 8:30a

How: Sign up at the front desk to join a boat

What: $40 to participate, $60 to participate + t-shirt

SAVE THE DATE: Our 2026 Murph Day is Saturday, May 23. We’ll run heats beginning at 8a with a social to follow. Choose how you participate: $60 for tacos + a t-shirt, $40 for a t-shirt, or FREE for our members who just want to complete the workout with their teammates. More info and sign-ups coming soon!

CrossFit Semifinals

Congratulations to our Feast athletes who qualified for CrossFit Semifinals: Danny Campagna, Mason Bowman, Sam Schierloh, and Valerie Cohen. This is a major accomplishment and we are very proud of them—and impressed!

The CrossFit Semifinals are the final qualifying stage for the 2026 CrossFit Games—and the top 2,000 individuals worldwide are invited to participate.

We Raised $1,100 for Glisten

With your help, we raised $1,100 for Glisten, an organization dedicated to creating safe and respectful learning environments for youth of all sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions, race, and abilities. Thank you for using your fitness to uplift others.
