Our Movement Roots program includes three personal training sessions to help you learn safe and proper movement patterns, a one-on-one nutrition consultation to benchmark your current nutrition and start to work on healthy habits, a movement screen with a licensed physical therapist, and a one month unlimited membership. This package has a total value over $800, but because we like you, we’re charging only $299.
