Rumble 2025
It’s almost time for our favorite annual competition!
Our Rx men’s division is officially full — but we’ve still got space for a few more Rx female teams and Scaled male and female teams.
We’re also still looking for a few more volunteer judges. All community members are invited to volunteer and can email Coach Anna or scan the QR code on the front desk to participate. Don’t forget: All judges get a FREE t-shirt and get to spend the day with our fun, supportive community!
Don’t forget: No classes or open gym on Saturday, 9/27.

Matt, Carmen, & Val made moves!
These athletes are seriously impressive.
This summer, Matt completed his first Ironman in Madison, WI, Carmen got silver in the Pan American Masters Weightlifting Championships in Baton Rouge and bronze at the World Championships in Las Vegas, NV, and Val took 2nd in her division at the 2025 Adaptive CrossFit Games in Las Vegas, NV.
We’re so grateful that each of these athletes are a part of our gritty community — and that we get to witness their hard work every single day. If you see them around the gym, be sure to congratulate them on these lifetime achievements.
